« You know how to find a court back home. In France, you’re starting from scratch. »
That’s what I’m here to help with.
Pickleball is everywhere in the United States. But the moment you land in France, the usual shortcuts do not work. The apps are different, the clubs are not always listed, and the community is still forming.
I’m Carole, a passionate pickleball player who splits her time between the United States and France. I built BonjourPickleball.fr to help the French-speaking community discover the sport.
These trips are not coaching-focused. They are social, play-first, and built for travelers who want to explore France and meet people on the court.

Pickleball in France
Can you actually play pickleball in France?
Yes, and the sport is growing faster than most people expect.
France has over 500 places to play, a national federation, and a growing community of players at all levels. The courts are there. You just need to know where to look.
I have been building BonjourPickleball.fr for that exact reason: a French-language guide with a directory of 500+ venues, rules, and equipment guides.
More than a sport
Pickleball travels well
Easy to learn, fun to play, and genuinely social. Pickleball is one of the few sports where you can show up alone and leave with plans for tomorrow.
You do not need to be advanced to join. You just need to be curious and ready to play.
